, veronica johnson is tracking really cold weather and some drastic changes for the weekend. >>> good afternoon, i'm pat lawson muse. >> i'm barbara harrison. this afternoon, one officer appeared in court on child pornography charges. a second was found with a missing teenager. >> now, news 4 learned a same police officer is being questioned in the same case. mark segraves has the latest in a fast moving story. >> reporter: two d.c. police officers are off the street and another behind bars in allegations officers were having inappropriate contact with underage girls. it was two days ago when a d.c. police officer was charged with taking nude pictures of a 15-year-old girl. multiple sources say another officer is being charged for his actions after the mother called the police. the second officer is not charged with wrong doing but placed on desk duty pending the investigation. he tried to alert officer washington that he was about to be arrested. another officer has been placed on desk duty as his allegations are being investigated. a judge ordered him held until a future court date.

had three good odds in criminal summons. pfizer, $2 billion. johnson & johnson, recent one, $2 billion. the johnson & johnson announcement came out just at the beginning of last month. talk a little bit about that case. aest: that case was actually number of cases put together, and johnson & johnson opted to seek a global settlement of all the claims. those cases involved a variety of illegal conduct by johnson & johnson in marketing of pharmaceutical, including offering kickbacks to doctors and fraudulent off-label marketing of drugs, including drugs that can be extremely dangerous when doctors prescribe where therecontext has not been any scientific evidence that they can be safe and effective. in that case, like the glaxoca e case, like the pfizer case a couple of years ago, it is quite large because the federal spending on these drugs has been quite large. it is an absolute bright line rule in medicare that you cannot provide kickbacks to doctors. and that the government will not that a defendant -- here the pharmaceutical company -- causes to be committed that is tainted by a kick

to, you can buy johnson & johnson and procter & gamble. they're the largest stocks in these etfs and my trust owns both of them because they are earnings momentum and restructuring stories respectively. we will be looking to buy them for the trust if they get hammered. i know it shouldn't be that easy. you have to be suspicious of any trading strategy that comes out so easily. but it sure makes sense if you're calling for the over, so to speak, meaning more jobs as my friend and writing colleague at thestreet.com has suggested to me. and by the way, this man has been dead right on this number. probably the best guy that i know on what the number's going to be like. besides, it's cheap insurance against what could be a treacherous 3.35%, that big leap in the ten-year that will indeed cause stocks to decline. it's going to be a shock to the parts of the stock market that are most sensitive to rates. no, i'm not calling for bonds to go to 3.5% immediately, but bonds do overshoot, and that's where the ten-year could go in a very short period of time after a stronger than expected num
